Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Portobello bacon
  • 2 pieces tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 pieces lettuce
  • 8 slices bread of choice
  • 1 piece sliced avocado (optional)
  • 1 serving Garlic Aioli (or another spread, optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread the aioli on both sides of the bread slices.
  2. Build the sandwich with the Portobello bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado.
  3. Serve the sandwich.
