Paleo Carrot Cake Banana Bread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- 3. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas well.
- 4. Add the eggs and melted coconut oil to the mashed bananas and whisk until well combined.
- 5. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, apple pie spice (or cinnamon/nutmeg), and salt.
- 6. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix.
- 7. Fold in the grated carrots and raisins.
- 8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- 9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 10. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before frosting.
- 11. Slice and enjoy!
