The Salad

The Dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- In a bowl, combine washed chickpeas with olive oil and seasonings, then lightly mash half of them.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes until crispy.
- Prepare the salad ingredients and place them in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Combine the baked chickpeas and pita chips with the salad, adding half of the dressing.
- Serve with the remaining dressing on the side.
