Instructions
- Mix ingredients for layer 1 in a bowl and spread evenly in an 8×8 pan.
- Spread hummus over the Greek yogurt layer.
- Mix ingredients for layer 3 and sprinkle over the hummus layer.
- Sprinkle halved cherry tomatoes over the black bean layer.
- Mash avocados, mix with lime juice and salt, then spread over the tomato layer.
- Toss romaine with lime juice and sprinkle over the avocado layer.
- Finish by sprinkling cheese and olives over the top and enjoy.
