Instructions
- Drain and rinse the black beans, then mash them in a bowl until they lose their shape.
- Mix in ¼ cup cilantro, ¼ cup salsa, and the taco seasoning, then layer this mixture at the bottom of a dish.
- Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the beans.
- Pour the remaining salsa over the yogurt layer.
- For the guacamole, mash the avocados and mix in the juice of one lime, the remaining cilantro, and ¼ tsp salt, then layer it on top of the salsa.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and diced green onion.
- Refrigerate or serve immediately. The dip stays good for 24 hours.
