Instructions
- Prepare the refried beans by mashing black beans and cooking them with olive oil and diced onion until fragrant.
- Add spices, hot sauce, and lime juice to the beans, then stir in heavy cream and cook briefly.
- Spread the refried bean mixture in a glass casserole dish and cool in the fridge.
- Mash the avocados and mix with green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the cooled refried beans.
- Layer sour cream evenly over the avocado layer.
- Add salsa on top of the sour cream layer.
- Grate cheddar cheese and sprinkle it over the salsa.
- Top with diced tomato, minced onion flakes, sliced olives, and cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
