Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 ounce) refried beans
  • 1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
  • cups guacamole
  • 1 tub (12 ounce) fresh chunky salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced olives
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans in an even layer in a serving dish.
  2. Spread the sour cream on top of the beans.
  3. Spread the guacamole over the sour cream.
  4. Spread the salsa over the guacamole.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, olives, and green onions.
  6. Sprinkle diced tomatoes on top if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate for up to 8 hours before serving.
