Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) fat free refried beans
  • 4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 oz 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans in an even layer in a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth, then layer it over the beans.
  3. Add a layer of salsa on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the salsa layer.
  5. Add shredded lettuce evenly on top.
  6. Distribute chopped tomatoes over the lettuce layer.
  7. Finish with sliced black olives on top.
