Ingredients

The base layers

  • 1 15-ounce can refried beans
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 14-ounce container Good Foods Chunky or Spicy Guacamole
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 ½ cups dairy-free sour cream or plain yogurt

The toppings

  • ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
  • ⅓ – ½ cup Good Foods Spicy Queso Blanco Dip

Garnishes

  • to taste sliced jalapeño peppers
  • to taste sliced black olives
  • to taste chopped fresh cilantro
  • to taste lime wedges

For serving

  • to taste tortilla chips or mini bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans on a large plate or platter and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  2. Spread the guacamole over the refried beans layer.
  3. Spoon the salsa over the guacamole and spread it into a thin layer.
  4. Dollop the sour cream over the salsa in small mounds and spread it out.
  5. Top with chopped tomatoes, green onions, and bell pepper, along with any additional toppings.
  6. Drizzle the Queso Blanco dip over the vegetable layer and garnish as desired. Serve with dippers.
