Instructions
- Mix the refried beans and taco seasoning in a small bowl.
- Spread the bean mixture in the bottom of a glass bowl or baking dish and top with sour cream.
- Mash the avocados with lime juice and salt, then spread over the sour cream layer.
- Layer shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, olives, and scallions on top of the guacamole.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or cover and chill until serving.
