The crust

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil for the crust and pour into a springform pan.
- Crush the chocolate cookies and sprinkle them on top of the melted chocolate, then freeze briefly.
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews, then blend with the other filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and freeze briefly.
- Melt the topping chocolate chips and coconut oil, then pour over the filling.
- Freeze the pie until ready to serve, and thaw slightly before cutting.
