Ingredients

The filling

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz silken tofu
  • cup So Delicious Original Coconutmilk Creamer
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ cup So Delicious Cocowhip

The crust

  • 1 prepared pie crust of choice

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  2. Blend the melted chocolate, silken tofu, coconut creamer, and peppermint extract in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add the Cocowhip to the mixture and blend again until combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Freeze the pie for about three hours or until set.
  6. Let the pie sit at room temperature if it becomes too firm before slicing and serving.
  7. Garnish with additional Cocowhip before serving.
