Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a medium pot over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
- Add mint leaves to the syrup and heat until almost simmering, then turn off the heat and steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain the syrup to remove mint leaves and store it in a jar or squeeze bottle.
- Fill two glasses with ice, add about 2 tablespoons of syrup to each, then pour in cold brew coffee.
- Top with cream or almond milk, stir, and adjust syrup to taste. Garnish with mint leaves.
