My Perfect Vanilla Bean Iced Coffee

Chocolate Coffee Ice Cubes

brewed or cold brewed coffee

cocoa or cacao powder

honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Grind the coffee beans and combine with coconut water in a pitcher. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
- Strain the coffee through a mesh strainer and chill in the fridge.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, vanilla bean seeds, and honey. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then steep for 10-15 minutes before storing in the fridge.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour cold brewed coffee over it, and add vanilla coconut milk to taste.
- For chocolate coffee ice cubes, whisk together brewed coffee, cocoa powder, and honey, then freeze in ice cube trays.
