Instructions
- Combine coarse coffee grounds, water, and a cinnamon stick in a large pitcher and refrigerate overnight.
- In a saucepan, mix coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, cardamom, nutmeg, and clove, then whisk together.
- Simmer the mixture on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and let the coconut milk mixture cool.
- Serve the iced coffee over ice and add the Thai Vanilla Cardamom Coconut Milk.
