Instructions
- Freeze coffee and coconut milk in ice cube trays for about 3-4 hours.
- Remove ice trays from the freezer and let sit for 10-15 minutes to ease removal of ice cubes.
- Blend the frozen coffee and coconut milk cubes with condensed milk and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
- Pour the blended coffee into glasses, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut sugar, then serve immediately.
