Vietnamese Iced Coffee

dark-roast ground coffee

sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Steep coffee grounds in a heatproof container with 2/3 cup boiling water for 4 minutes, then pour through a coffee filter into a heatproof glass.
- Alternatively, use a metal filter: Bring 1 cup water to a boil, add coffee to the filter, and screw on the top screen.
- Pour a splash of hot water into the filter to bloom the coffee grounds, then add enough water to reach the top of the filter and let it drip for 4 minutes.
- Stir in condensed milk until blended, add ice, stir, and serve.
