Ingredients

Tea Base

  • 2 tablespoons loose rooibos
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • teaspoon almond extract
  • 12 drops stevia

Serving

  • 20 cubes ice
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place loose rooibos tea in a measuring cup.
  2. Pour boiling water over the tea, add almond extract and stevia, then steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Fill two large glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Strain the tea into the glasses.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and serve.
