Thai Iced Tea Pops

black tea (preferably Ceylon) or ⅓ cup loose tea leaves

full-fat coconut milk
Instructions
- Boil the water in a small saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Let the tea bags steep for 5 minutes, then remove them.
- Stir in the coconut milk, heating if necessary to dissolve any chunks.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until it reaches room temperature, about an hour.
- Stir the mixture again to combine any separated ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
- Remove from molds and serve.
