Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 8 bags black tea (preferably Ceylon) or ⅓ cup loose tea leaves
  • cup white sugar (organic for vegan-friendly)
  • 13.5 ounces full-fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and add the tea bags and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Let the tea bags steep for 5 minutes, then remove them.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk, heating if necessary to dissolve any chunks.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until it reaches room temperature, about an hour.
  6. Stir the mixture again to combine any separated ingredients.
  7. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
  8. Remove from molds and serve.
