Instructions
- Prepare the green tea layer by blending coconut milk, matcha powder, and agave until smooth.
- Divide the mixture evenly into popsicle molds and freeze briefly.
- Rinse the blender and blend the mango, coconut milk, and lemon juice until creamy.
- Pour the mango mixture over the green tea layer, tap to remove air bubbles, and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least a few hours or until completely set.
- Remove from molds and enjoy, storing extras in a freezer-safe bag.
