Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, water, arrowroot starch, coconut sugar, pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, and spices, mixing until a thick dough forms.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter onto the lined baking sheet, flattening and shaping the dough as the cookies will not spread much.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then allow the cookies to cool for at least 15 minutes before removing them from the pan.
