The carrots

The cooking liquid and flavoring

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon melted ghee, butter, or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the carrots into approximately 1-inch chunks.
  2. Place the carrots and water in the Instant Pot, ensuring the valve is set to seal.
  3. Set the cook time to 2 minutes on high pressure.
  4. Once cooking is complete, carefully quick-release the pressure.
  5. Drain the carrots and add them to a serving dish.
  6. Toss the carrots with melted ghee or coconut oil and thyme before serving.
