Teriyaki Salmon Rice Bowls

Instructions
- Sprinkle sake over the salmon fillet and set aside.
- Shred cabbage and radish thinly and soak in water.
- Remove excess sake and moisture from the salmon with a paper towel.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pan fry the salmon until cooked, then cut it into small pieces.
- Wipe the frying pan and simmer the teriyaki sauce in it.
- Add the salmon back into the pan and coat it with teriyaki sauce.
- Serve rice in a bowl topped with salmon and vegetables.
