Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil until shimmering.
- 2. Add the salmon pieces and sear for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Remove the salmon from the pan and cover to keep warm.
- 4. Prepare the teriyaki sauce in the same skillet according to the recipe instructions.
- 5. Once the sauce thickens, return the salmon to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
- 6. Assemble the bowls by dividing the brown rice, salmon, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, avocado, and green onions among four bowls, drizzling with extra sauce if desired.
