Instructions
- Slice the bananas into ½-¾ inch slices and lay them on a parchment-lined pan.
- Freeze the pan with bananas for about 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil and heat until melted and smooth.
- Use a toothpick to dip the chilled banana slices into the chocolate mixture, letting the excess drip off.
- Return the dipped bananas to the parchment-lined pan.
- Sprinkle toppings on the bananas if desired, then return the pan to the freezer until the bananas are frozen solid.
- Store the frozen bites in a covered container, layering with parchment if necessary.
