Instructions
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and slice the bananas into ½-inch coins.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on the prepared pan and add peanut butter if desired.
- Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together using a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip the frozen banana slices into the melted chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off.
- Sprinkle any additional toppings while the chocolate is still melted.
- Return the pan to the freezer for at least 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Serve directly from the freezer and store any leftovers in an airtight container.
