Frozen Chocolate Banana Bites

Instructions
- Cut the bananas into 1 inch rounds and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Freeze the banana rounds for at least one hour.
- Once frozen, place the shredded coconut in one dish and the sprinkles in another.
- In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each banana round halfway into the melted chocolate, then into either the coconut or sprinkles.
- Return the dipped banana rounds to the baking sheet and freeze for at least 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
