Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then dry them with a paper towel and remove any skins.
- In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, and spices until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
