Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot and cook the onions until softened.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in crumbled bacon or ham hock.
- Add the greens and coat them with the onion and garlic mixture using tongs.
- Pour the stock over the greens, cover, and cook for about 45 minutes until wilted.
- Serve the cooked greens and enjoy the broth.
