Spicy Baked Trout with Herbs

The fish
The seasoning

sweet chili pepper

mustard powder or cumin

dry onion or garlic powder

The oil and garnish

olive oil

lemon

leaves
sage (fresh, chopped)
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a plate.
- Coat each trout fillet in olive oil or melted butter, then coat with the dry mix.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of the fillets.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the fillets skin side down on a foiled pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until flaky and opaque.
- Garnish with chopped sage or additional spices as desired.
