Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Pat the trout fillets dry and arrange them in a baking dish with space between them.
- Melt the butter and mix it with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, chives, and sea salt.
- Brush the mixture over the trout on both sides and top with lemon slices if desired.
- Bake for 12-18 minutes until the fish flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 135-140°F (57-60°C).
