Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the steelhead filet skin side down on it.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the filet and reserve some lemon slices.
- Sprinkle the filet with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place lemon slices on top of the filet.
- Sprinkle chives over the filet.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, checking for doneness after 15 minutes.
