Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a cast-iron skillet.
- 2. Slice the steelhead trout into equal portions and season with sea salt, black pepper, and creole seasoning.
- 3. Add the seasoned trout to the skillet and set aside.
- 4. In a separate pan, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, white wine, brown sugar, and minced garlic, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- 5. Increase the heat to medium and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 6. Pour the honey balsamic glaze over the trout in the skillet.
- 7. Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil and sea salt, then add to the skillet with the trout.
- 8. Sprinkle oregano over the fish and broccoli.
- 9. Bake for 10 minutes.
