Chocolate Crepes with Strawberries

Instructions
- Blend the flour, milk, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan on medium-low and spray with butter flavored spray.
- Pour ¼ cup of the crepe mixture into the pan and swirl to make it thin.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the bottom is light golden brown, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
- To serve, place 2 tbsp of whipped cream in the center of each crepe, top with strawberries, and fold the edges over.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
