Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until beaten, then add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
- Add flour and whisk until smooth, then add milk and vanilla, whisking vigorously until completely smooth.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt ½ teaspoon of butter.
- Add ½ cup of batter to the skillet and tilt to distribute evenly.
- Cook until set and lightly browned on one side, about 1 minute 15 seconds, then flip and cook until browned on the second side, about 45 seconds.
- In a small bowl, combine strawberry glaze with hulled and sliced strawberries, stirring until coated.
- Fill the crepes with the glazed strawberries and whipped cream, then roll or fold them.
- Serve with additional strawberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
