Easy Crepes

Instructions
- Blend eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add flour and salt, blend to combine, then chill the batter for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brush with melted butter. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat evenly. Cook until bubbles form and edges are golden, then flip and cook for another 15 seconds.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter and butter.
- Serve crepes with your choice of Suzette Sauce, Milk Chocolate Sauce, whipped cream, and/or jam.
