Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, salt, water, flour, and melted butter in a blender or mix by hand with a whisk.
  2. Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray.
  4. Pour about ⅓ cup of batter into the skillet and tilt to spread it evenly.
  5. Cook for about 1½ minutes until the bottom is light brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of fillings and toppings.
