Homemade Crepes

Instructions
- Melt 3 Tablespoons of butter and let it cool.
- Combine the cooled melted butter with flour, sugar, salt, milk, water, eggs, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill the batter in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Grease an 8-inch skillet with butter and heat it over medium heat.
- Pour 3-4 Tablespoons of batter into the skillet and tilt to spread it thinly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is set, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, buttering the pan between each crepe.
- Fill the crepes with your choice of fillings and serve.
