Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Blend the milk, water, eggs, and melted butter together on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the flour to the blender and blend for an additional 15 seconds, scraping down the sides if needed.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Fill the crepes with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
