Instructions
- Blend the milk, water, eggs, and melted butter together on medium speed for 30 seconds.
- Add the flour to the blender and blend for an additional 15 seconds, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
- Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Fill the crepes with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
