Keto Strawberry Crepes

The toppings

Brandy, Rum, or Bourbon (optional)

Instructions
- Mix the Brandy (or water) with 1 tablespoon of sweetener in a small bowl until dissolved.
- Slice the strawberries and add them to a bowl with the Brandy mixture. Set aside to macerate.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with the remaining sweetener and vanilla until stiff.
- In another bowl, whisk the sour cream to loosen it, then fold in the whipped cream gradually.
- Spread ¼ of the whipped cream mixture on one half of each crepe and fold.
- Place the filled crepes on plates and top with the macerated strawberries and juice.
