Ingredients

  • cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Blend the eggs, softened cream cheese, and milk in a high-speed blender until combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  5. Grease a non-stick pan and heat it.
  6. Pour a scant ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl to spread it out.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Repeat until all batter is used and fill crepes with desired fillings.
