Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Blend the eggs, softened cream cheese, and milk in a high-speed blender until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Let the batter sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Grease a non-stick pan and heat it.
- Pour a scant ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl to spread it out.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used and fill crepes with desired fillings.
