Almond Oat Banana Crepes

The filling

bananas, sliced

Nutella (or chocolate of any kind), melted
Instructions
- Grind the oats and almond meal in a food processor until flour-like.
- Mix the ground mixture with flour, milk, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and pour about ¼ cup of batter, swirling to spread thinly.
- Cook until the edges lift easily, then flip and cook briefly if desired.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, then stuff crepes with sliced bananas and toppings of choice.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve warm or cold.
