Instructions
- Prepare the crepe batter the night before by combining the flour, salt, and eggs in a bowl.
- Gradually add the milk and melted butter or coconut oil until the mixture is smooth.
- Refrigerate the batter overnight.
- The next morning, stir the batter and heat a non-stick crepe pan over medium heat with a little oil or ghee.
- Pour enough batter into the pan to create a thin layer, swirling to cover the surface.
- Cook until the bottom is lightly browned, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 10 seconds.
- Remove the crepe from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
- To serve, place the chopped fruit and chocolate sauce in the center of the table for everyone to customize their crepes.
