Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin by mixing it with ½ cup of water and letting it sit for 3 minutes.
- Combine almond flour, sea salt, eggs, melted ghee or coconut oil, the remaining ½ cup of water, and optional ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the blender and blend again until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if necessary.
- Heat an oiled 8-inch pan over medium-low heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and quickly tilt to spread it evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are dry, then carefully flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
