Instructions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Blend the egg whites, whole eggs, water, ghee (or coconut oil), stevia, sea salt, arrowroot flour, and coconut flour until pureed.
- Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Grease the pan with coconut oil before pouring in the batter.
- Pour batter into the pan, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
- Swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook for about 30 seconds, then flip the crepe and cook for a few more seconds.
- Roll or fold the crepe and keep it covered while making more.
