Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- In a stand mixer bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sea salt, and eggs.
- Slowly add the coconut milk and melted coconut oil, mixing until combined.
- Heat a crepe pan over medium heat and pour about ¼ cup of batter to form a thin crepe.
- Cook until the bottom is lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side for about 10 seconds.
- Remove the crepe from the pan and keep it warm in the oven while cooking the remaining batter.
