Coconut Flour Crepes

Instructions
- Whisk together the coconut flour and all purpose flour until combined.
- Add the milk and whisk until a smooth batter forms. If using, add the powdered sugar towards the end.
- Coat a large non-stick pan with oil and heat over medium.
- Pour a scant ¼ cup of the batter into the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are slightly golden, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat the process until all batter is used up.
- Serve immediately with your favorite fillings.
