Vegan Crepes

soy milk or any non-dairy milk

Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White All Purpose Flour

sea salt

granulated sugar

melted vegan butter or oil
Instructions
- Blend the milk, flour, sea salt, sugar, and vegan butter in a high-speed blender until fully mixed.
- Cover the batter and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Grease an 8” to 10” pan lightly and heat it over medium heat.
- Pour ⅓ cup of batter into the pan while tilting it to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes until fully cooked and dry to the touch, then flip it and cook for another 30-40 seconds.
- Repeat the process until all the batter is used, making about 4-5 crepes.
- Fill each crepe with your preferred toppings, fold, and serve.
