Gluten Free Green Tea Crepes

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and spray with non-stick spray.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the top is dry and edges brown.
- Flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
- Transfer to a plate, placing wax paper between crepes to keep fresh.
- Serve warm with filling and toppings as desired.
