Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2.5 teaspoons matcha powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the waffle maker to low/medium heat.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  4. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  5. 5. Finally, mix in the melted coconut oil until the batter is smooth.
  6. 6. Scoop the batter onto the waffle maker and cook for about 2-2.5 minutes.
