Instructions
- 1. Preheat the waffle maker to low/medium heat.

- 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- 5. Finally, mix in the melted coconut oil until the batter is smooth.
- 6. Scoop the batter onto the waffle maker and cook for about 2-2.5 minutes.
- 7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
